How We Test Kitchen Appliances
Our rigorous, hands-on testing process ensures that every recommendation we make is backed by real-world performance data — not just manufacturer specs.
Our Testing Process
Product Selection
We research the market to identify popular models, new releases, and reader requests. We purchase products ourselves or receive unbiased review units.
Initial Setup
Each product is unboxed and set up following manufacturer instructions. We note the out-of-box experience and setup difficulty.
Extended Testing
Every product is tested for a minimum of 2 weeks in our kitchen lab. We run standardized tests plus real-world cooking scenarios.
Analysis & Review
We compile our notes, measurements, and observations into a comprehensive review with clear ratings and recommendations.
